Types Of Instruction
- Private Lessons for one person
- Semi-Private Lessons for two people
- Group Classes for three or more people
If you are new to Pilates Apparatus, we strongly recommend that you begin with our Intro Pack which includes three private (or semi-private) lessons at a special rate. Those interested in Private and Semi-Private Lessons will be matched with an Instructor based on general availability and will schedule lessons directly with that instructor.
Types Of Instruction
Group Classes
Group Classes are generally limited to 5 people or less and are usually categorized as Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Group Classes are generally purchased in a package and clients sign up for classes through our website or directly through the OTP app (coming soon!)
